- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Spring onions
- Chop the tomatoes and spring onions.
- Crack two eggs into your WePrep egg poacher with the milk and seasoning and whisk. Place in the microwave on high for 90 seconds, stirring several times during cooking. Stir in the tomatoes and heat for another 10-20 seconds. Leave to stand.
